The collection of outstanding debts is a huge problem
for Irish businesses. We have extensive experience in recovering
debts of all sizes for both companies and individual clients.
Of course our primary aim is to try and collect
the debt as quickly and as cost efficiently as possible.
Our services include obtaining judgement against the debtor, we
will take whatever steps to enforce the judgement.
This may include
- instructing the Sheriff to seize goods.
- placing a judgment mortgage on any property owned by the debtor,
· and/or registering details of the judgment in the Central
Office with a view to having details of the judgment appear
in Stubbs Gazette and other trade magazines.
- Petitioning the High Court to wind up the debtor company.
In terms of costs, and to underline our commitment to our service
and results, our charging structure is a combination of fixed and
performance driven fees.
Insolvency

stop shop for liquidators including applications for restriction/disqualification
of directors, recovery of debts owed to the liquidated company,
